Nike and Stadium Become New Equipment Partners of Finland’s National Floorball Teams

The Finnish Floorball Federation is proud to announce Nike and Stadium as the new long-term equipment partners for Finland’s national floorball teams. The multi-year three-party agreement runs through 2028 and strengthens the sport’s commercial and performance framework from grassroots to elite level.

Nike Returns as Apparel Partner for All National Teams

As one of the world’s most iconic sportswear brands, Nike will supply apparel for all seven of Finland’s national floorball teams: Women, Women U19, Girls U17, Men, Men U23, Men U19, and Boys U17.

Nike’s return to Finnish floorball marks a continuation of a meaningful history. The brand previously equipped Finland’s national teams between 1997 and 2000 — a period highlighted by the women’s national team winning their first-ever World Championship gold in Borlänge, Sweden in 1999.

Stadium Strengthens Its Role in Finnish Floorball

The partnership is complemented by an agreement with Stadium, one of Northern Europe’s largest sports retail chains. Stadium has operated in Finland for 25 years and is a frontrunner in club and team sales with its Team Sales concept. The collaboration will span the national teams, F-Liiga and the Säbäkipinä grassroots program.

Both Nike and Stadium are returning partners for Finnish floorball. Stadium previously served as the sport’s official retail partner from 2018 to 2022.

A Major Boost for One of Finland’s Largest Sports

Floorball is one of Finland’s most popular sports, with approximately 400,000 participants and 50,000 registered players. F-Liiga — Finland’s top-tier league — features 24 teams in the men’s and women’s competitions and showcases world-class floorball from September to May across the country.
